Caracalla is the young co-emperor of Rome alongside his twin brother, Geta. He is less stable than his brother, who also stands taller and strikes a more handsome figure, due to birth defects and an unknown disease that traveled from his loins to his brain which keeps worsening until he is very sick, anxious and paranoid. The young Emperor also suffers from lead poisoning due to the makeup he uses to cover up his skin lesions. Because of the illnesses affecting his brain he is pretty childlike and easily startled and he loves his pet monkey Dondus... he hates being bored and loves anything that amuses him, the more violent the better, which makes him easier to please than Geta.
